Coaching Standards

Norwood Youth Soccer, in partnership with BAYS, Massachusetts Youth Soccer, and US Youth Soccer, is committed to providing a fun, safe, and educational experience for everyone involved in our program. This includes not just the players, but coaches, volunteers are referees as well. As part of this commitment we are publishing updates documents detailing our standards for the various participants in the organization, the first of these documents is the Coaching Standards, which you can find here.
