How old does my son/daughter need to be?

For the Fall season, your child must be 4 years old by August 1st. For the Spring season, your child must be 4 years old by January 1st.

When are practices?

See the main intramural page for U5 session dates.  Practices are the first 30 minutes of each session.  Following practice is 30 minutes of 3 vs. 3 games. 

How big are the teams?

The program aims to include 10 teams of 10 children.  But, the team size will vary depending on total enrollment.

How can I place my son/daughter on the same team as a friend?

At registration, under the “Comments” section you can write your preferences for teams. We do our best to accomodate requests, but no promises are made.

How can I become a coach or assistant coach?

We need coaches. Please consider volunteering to coach.  When registering, check the “Volunteer” box with your preference to coach or assistant coach.  If you did not volunteer at the time of registration, and have decided you would like to volunteer, please email the U5 coordinator via the Contact form found in the About menu.  

What equipment do we need?

A Number 3 soccer ball, shin guards, water bottle, (optional) cleats, sneakers are fine.
