This award is not just about being a good referee,...... When choosing a recipient, we are not only looking for an individual who displays a good knowledge of the game, but we are also look for an individual who is willing to learn more about the game, someone who is respectful to adults, as well as to thier peers, and someone who shows they truly enjoy what they do and is also a student of the game.
It’s someone who is reliable, honest, and someone who believes when officiating an intramural game, that they are not just reffing a game, but they are teaching your children the rules and how the game is to be played, so that they can experience the most out of soccer as possible.
