INTRAMURAL PROGRAM:

• * A late Fee of $10 becomes effective after August 8, 2010 and any player registered after that date will be placed on a wait list, and will not be guaranteed a spot on any roster due to roster size restrictions.

• There is an additional $5 processing fee for anyone paying by check. This fee applies for both the travel and the intramural programs.

• There is a family maximum of $200 for any one family for a season of soccer.

• One practice per week for in-town teams (except U5 and U6) and one weekend game per week.

TRAVEL PROGRAM:

• *NYS reserves the right to close any age group at any time due to roster sizes. The LAST DAY to register for the Spring 2010 season is June 26th.

• Registration for the Travel Program closes June 26, 2010, but is subject to team availability even before the deadline.

• Attention Travel Players: Mass Youth Soccer requires that all players placed on travel rosters, need there date of birth verified by the affiliated Club. In the case of foreign born players necessary waivers have to be obtained by Norwood Youth Soccer. To facilitate this verification process the players are required to send a copy of the Birth certificate to NYS by mail. These will be verified and returned to the families. Mailing address is Norwood Youth Soccer, P.O. Box 782, Norwood,MA 02062. Please note we only need to see the player's Birth Certificates once which will allow our NYS Club to be in compliance with FIFA regulations. In the case of foreign born players additional information may be sought per individual basis. NYS appreciates your co-operation which will enable us to be compliant with regulations.

CHALLENGER PROGRAM:

This program is open to children who cannot participate in our Intramural and Travel Programs. It is for boys and girls aged 5-21 years, with mental and/or physical challenges. It is open to all towns in our area. There is no Spring Season for our Challenger Program. There is NO CHARGE to participate in the Challenger Program. Read more about the Challenger Program.
